4. Products and prices
The parts sold are new aftermarket parts (not original manufacturer parts), compatible with the commercial vehicles of the brands shown on each product page. OEM numbers are given for compatibility purposes only; the brands mentioned belong to their respective owners and no partnership or approval is implied.
Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code: no VAT is invoiced. Amounts shown in US dollars are indicative only; invoices are issued in euros.
In the European Union, delivery is free from €70 and two payment methods are offered: cash on delivery, or online payment at checkout with a 3 % discount (online payment required above €280).
5. Export sales (outside the European Union)
Sales to customers outside the European Union are business-to-business sales to companies, workshops and fleet operators. A company name is required. The minimum export order is €300 per order, except for quote requests, which have no minimum.
Export orders are paid in advance, by card at checkout or by bank transfer against a proforma invoice. The proforma states the goods, the shipping cost and the delivery terms (Incoterms 2020, usually DAP or CPT to the airport or port named by the buyer). Goods are shipped after receipt of full payment.
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance and any import formalities in the country of destination are borne by the buyer. In particular, shipments to Egypt require the buyer's ACID number (Nafeza / CargoX) before dispatch. We provide a commercial invoice, a packing list and, on request, a certificate of origin.
Indicative transit times are 10 to 20 days by air or road and 25 to 45 days by sea, from receipt of payment. They are not contractual.
The 14-day right of withdrawal provided for consumers in the European Union does not apply to business-to-business export sales. Parts are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery: a defective part is replaced or refunded on presentation of photos and, if requested, return of the part. Damage caused by incorrect fitting, use or transport after delivery is excluded.
6. Orders, delivery, warranty (EU)
Orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Indicative delivery time in the European Union is 7 to 10 working days.
All products carry the legal warranty of conformity (2 years from delivery) and the warranty against hidden defects provided by European and French law.
7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers, 14 days)
Consumers in the European Union may withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.
To do so, contact contact@truckdirect.eu with your order number. The product must be returned new, unfitted, in its original packaging. Return costs are borne by the customer unless the product delivered is not as ordered. The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
8. Personal data
Data collected when ordering or opening an account (company, name, phone, e-mail, address, tax number, vehicle model) is used only to process, confirm and deliver your orders and quote requests. It is stored in encrypted form and kept as long as needed for the commercial relationship and legal accounting obligations.

Cookies: the shop sets a session cookie when you sign in to your account, and keeps your cart on your own device. No advertising cookie is set without your explicit consent, given through the banner shown on your first visit.
9. Claims and applicable law
For any claim, contact contact@truckdirect.eu. We answer within 14 days. These terms are governed by French law; for business-to-business sales, the courts of Lille (France) have jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed.
